Cara Membuat Es Krim
Bahan :
– 4 kaleng susu putih
– 2 kaleng susu kental manis putih
– 2 sendok makan tepung maizena
– 2 sendok makan gula pasir
– 2 butir putih telur
– 1 sendok teh vanili
Cara Membuat :
Pertama-tama campur dan aduk semua bahan susu dan air sambil dipanaskan diatas api kecil.
Kemudian cairkan tepung maizena dan campurkan dengan adonan diatas.
Setelah itu sambil tetap mengaduk, angkat adonan dari atas api, campurkan dengan gula, putih telur dan vanili, lalu aduk terus sampai adonan berwarna putih.
Rebus adonan sambil terus diaduk-aduk hingga mendidih.
Angkat adonan dari atas api sambil terus diaduk hingga dingin agar adonan tidak menggumpal. Setelah dingin kemudian masukkan ke dalam freezer.
Jika sudah dingin dan beku, anda dapat menambahkan bahan pelengkap lainnya seperi strawberry, choco chips dan sebagainya untuk mempercantik es krim buatan anda.
Selanjutnya es krim sederhana siap untuk dihidangkan.
Resep Es Krim Coklat
Bahan :
– 600 ml krim kental (whipped cream dairy cair)
– 3oo ml susu cair full cream
– 250 gram dark cooking chocolate, cincang kasar
– 175 gram gula pasir
– 30 gram coklat bubuk
– 6 kuning telur
– 1/2 sendok teh essense vanili
Cara Membuat :
Terlebih dahulu panaskan susu cair dan essense vanili dalam sebuah panci dengan api kecil, kemudian ambil 50 ml susu untuk dicampur dengan coklat bubuk, lalu aduk hingga coklat bubuk larut. Kemudian tuangkan ke dalam panci susu tadi, masak sambil diaduk-aduk hingga mendidih, angkat.
Setelah itu kocok kuning telur dan gula pasir dengan mixcer kecepatan tinggi selama 3 menit hingga mengental dan berwarna pucat.
Lalu tuang larutan susu-coklat tadi ke dalam kocokan kuning telur yang telah menggental, aduk dengan spatula hingga rata, setelah itu masukkan kembali campuran tersebut kedalam panci bekas merebus susu. Panaskan diatas api kecil selama 3-4 menit hingga adonan mengental.
Selanjutnya masak krim kental dalam panci dengan api kecil, ketika muncul gelembung-gelembung kecil masukkan dark cooking chocolate cincang. Angkat panci lalu aduk hingga seluruh coklat meleleh dan adonan terlihat licin.
Kemudian masukkan adonan susu-telur ke dalam adonan krim-coklat, lalu aduk hingga rata dan biarkan hingga dingin. Setelah itu masukkan adonan ke dalam freezer kira-kira 3 jam, lalu keluarkan dan kock dengan mixer hingga lembut selama 5 menit.
Ulangi proses ini hingga 3-4 kali hingga donan menjadi lembut. Setelah itu ice cream di masukkan ke dalam freezer dan tunggu hingga membeku dan ice cream siap untuk dihidangkan.
Resep Es Krim Goreng
Bahan :
– 50 gram tepung terigu, ayak
– 50 gram tepung roti, ayak
– 12 lembar roti tawar
– 1 scop es krim vanilla
– 1 butir telur ayam
– Saus strawberry atau coklat sesuai selera
Cara Membuat :
Ambil 1 lembar roti tawar, kemudian letakkan es krim vanilla pada permukaan roti tawar, tutup dengan roti tawar, lalu bentuk bulat.
Gulingkan roti es krim vanilla tersebut ke dalam tepung terigu.
Kocok telur di tempat terpisah, lalu celupakan roti es krim ke dalam telur.
Setelah itu gulingkan ke dalam tepung roti hingga rata, lalu simpan roti ke dalam freezer hingga membeku.
Setelah itu goreng roti dengan minyak panas hingga berwarna kuning keemasan, angkat.
Belah ice cream goreng menjadi 2 bagian, tambahkan saus strawberry atau coklat sesuai selera.
Es krim goreng siap untuk dihidangkan.
Resep Es Krim Durian
Bahan :
– 500 gram daging durian
– 400 gram gula pasir
– 200 ml air
– 6 butir kuning telur
– 1 liter cream
– 1 sendok teh garam
– Es batu secukupnya
Cara Membuat :
Terlebih dahulu masak air dan gula pasir, kemudian aduk hingga gula larut dan mengental. Tambahkan daging durian yang telah diblender sebelumnya, tambahkan garam, lalu aduk hingga rata dan sisihkan.
Untuk adonan lainnya, masukkan kuning telur ke dalam mangkuk tahan panas dan letakkan diatas panci berisi air mendidih. Kemudian kocok dengan mixer hingga mengembang dan berwarna pucat.
Setelah itu campurkan adonan yang telah disisihkan tadi dengan adonan diatas secara bertahap sambil terus diaduk rata hingga bahan tercampur, dinginkan.
Letakkan baskom stainless berisi cream diatas baskom berisi es batu, kocok cream dengan mixer kecepatan tinggi hingga mengembang.
Selanjutnya campurkan adonan telur dan durian yang telah didinginkan ke dalam magkuk cream secara bertahap, aduk hingga rata. Tutup adonan menggunakan plastik wrap, simpan ke dalam freezer selama kurang lebih 3 jam.
Setelah 3 jam, keluarkan adonan dari freezer, kocok adonan menggunakan mixcer hingga adonan menjadi lembut. Simpan kembali ke dalam freezer selama 2 hingga 3 jam.
Ulangi proses tersebut sebanyak 2 hingga 3 kali, biarkan membeku.
Es krim durian siap untui dihidangkan.

– 600 ml krim kental (whipped cream dairy cair)
– 3oo ml susu cair full cream
– 250 gram dark cooking chocolate, cincang kasar
– 175 gram gula pasir
– 30 gram coklat bubuk
– 6 kuning telur
– 1/2 sendok teh essense vanili
Cara Membuat :
Terlebih dahulu panaskan susu cair dan essense vanili dalam sebuah panci dengan api kecil, kemudian ambil 50 ml susu untuk dicampur dengan coklat bubuk, lalu aduk hingga coklat bubuk larut. Kemudian tuangkan ke dalam panci susu tadi, masak sambil diaduk-aduk hingga mendidih, angkat.
Setelah itu kocok kuning telur dan gula pasir dengan mixcer kecepatan tinggi selama 3 menit hingga mengental dan berwarna pucat.
Lalu tuang larutan susu-coklat tadi ke dalam kocokan kuning telur yang telah menggental, aduk dengan spatula hingga rata, setelah itu masukkan kembali campuran tersebut kedalam panci bekas merebus susu. Panaskan diatas api kecil selama 3-4 menit hingga adonan mengental.
Selanjutnya masak krim kental dalam panci dengan api kecil, ketika muncul gelembung-gelembung kecil masukkan dark cooking chocolate cincang. Angkat panci lalu aduk hingga seluruh coklat meleleh dan adonan terlihat licin.
Kemudian masukkan adonan susu-telur ke dalam adonan krim-coklat, lalu aduk hingga rata dan biarkan hingga dingin. Setelah itu masukkan adonan ke dalam freezer kira-kira 3 jam, lalu keluarkan dan kock dengan mixer hingga lembut selama 5 menit.
Ulangi proses ini hingga 3-4 kali hingga donan menjadi lembut. Setelah itu ice cream di masukkan ke dalam freezer dan tunggu hingga membeku dan ice cream siap untuk dihidangkan.
Resep Es Krim Goreng
Bahan :
– 50 gram tepung terigu, ayak
– 50 gram tepung roti, ayak
– 12 lembar roti tawar
– 1 scop es krim vanilla
– 1 butir telur ayam
– Saus strawberry atau coklat sesuai selera
Cara Membuat :
Ambil 1 lembar roti tawar, kemudian letakkan es krim vanilla pada permukaan roti tawar, tutup dengan roti tawar, lalu bentuk bulat.
Gulingkan roti es krim vanilla tersebut ke dalam tepung terigu.
Kocok telur di tempat terpisah, lalu celupakan roti es krim ke dalam telur.
Setelah itu gulingkan ke dalam tepung roti hingga rata, lalu simpan roti ke dalam freezer hingga membeku.
Setelah itu goreng roti dengan minyak panas hingga berwarna kuning keemasan, angkat.
Belah ice cream goreng menjadi 2 bagian, tambahkan saus strawberry atau coklat sesuai selera.
Es krim goreng siap untuk dihidangkan.
Resep Es Krim Durian
Bahan :
– 500 gram daging durian
– 400 gram gula pasir
– 200 ml air
– 6 butir kuning telur
– 1 liter cream
– 1 sendok teh garam
– Es batu secukupnya
Cara Membuat :
Terlebih dahulu masak air dan gula pasir, kemudian aduk hingga gula larut dan mengental. Tambahkan daging durian yang telah diblender sebelumnya, tambahkan garam, lalu aduk hingga rata dan sisihkan.
Untuk adonan lainnya, masukkan kuning telur ke dalam mangkuk tahan panas dan letakkan diatas panci berisi air mendidih. Kemudian kocok dengan mixer hingga mengembang dan berwarna pucat.
Setelah itu campurkan adonan yang telah disisihkan tadi dengan adonan diatas secara bertahap sambil terus diaduk rata hingga bahan tercampur, dinginkan.
Letakkan baskom stainless berisi cream diatas baskom berisi es batu, kocok cream dengan mixer kecepatan tinggi hingga mengembang.
Selanjutnya campurkan adonan telur dan durian yang telah didinginkan ke dalam magkuk cream secara bertahap, aduk hingga rata. Tutup adonan menggunakan plastik wrap, simpan ke dalam freezer selama kurang lebih 3 jam.
Setelah 3 jam, keluarkan adonan dari freezer, kocok adonan menggunakan mixcer hingga adonan menjadi lembut. Simpan kembali ke dalam freezer selama 2 hingga 3 jam.
Ulangi proses tersebut sebanyak 2 hingga 3 kali, biarkan membeku.
Es krim durian siap untui dihidangkan.
